Ristretto 512 First Edition e-Bike

Ristretto's 512 e-bike uses a design that borrows more from motorcycles than traditional bikes.

The 512's bespoke frame design uses a proprietary process and titanium, giving it both low weight and excellent rigidity. Two wheel sizes and two class modes allow for speeds of up to 28 MPH, with a pedal assist range of 100 miles or a throttle-only range of 45. A high-efficiency BLDC X1 Pro Gen 3 from CYC Motors delivers 185 lb-ft of torque. The 512 is currently in production, with deliveries starting in the fourth quarter of 2023.
